Stephanie Nemethy is the newest member of The Nemethy Group. Stephanie is Florida born and raised or as some Floridians refer to it as “FloGrown”. Stephanie has an extensive knowledge of St Augustine, St Augustine Beach, Jacksonville Beach and Northeast Florida. Her “Spunk” will be an added benefit to the established Nemethy Group team.
If Stephanie isn’t working with her customers to find that perfect home, you’ll find her on the water fishing, boating or spending time at the beach.
She also has an identical twin sister, Michelle Beatrice, that works behind the scenes at The Nemethy Group as a Transaction Coordinator and Listing Assistant. Being a graduate of Nease High School and attending University of North Florida also is an added benefit lending to her knowledge of the local area.
She has spent the past 14 years working in the Hospitality industry as a manager/bartender in local establishments. Stephanie is passionate about building meaningful relationships and dedicated to creating a positive experience for others in the housing market.
Stephanie is a natural problem solver and loves assisting and helping others accomplish their goals and dreams. Raised in a family of Realtors, joining The Nemethy Group seemed like a natural step in her career. She is thrilled to join the excitement!
