Liz Pappaceno is one of Davidson Realty’s top producing agents, having achieved the top spots in sales, listings, and rentals. Thanks to her involvement in Davidson Cares and other charities, she is also recognized as one of the firm’s most philanthropic agents.
Liz earned a degree in psychology from Rider University and pursued a career with the U.S. Treasury Department. She gained more than 27 years of experience with the organization, working in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. As an Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, Liz cultivated strong skills in problem-solving, customer care, patience, and attention to detail.
In 2014, Liz decided to utilize these skills to pursue a career in real estate. She joined the team at Davidson Realty and quickly grew her business. Liz has earned several certifications including Military Relocation Professional and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). In 2017, she was also honored as a Five Star Real Estate Professional Rising Star (awarded to top 3% of all local agents and brokers).
Liz especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers through the buying process from looking for the perfect home and submitting an offer to navigating the lending and closing processes. To Liz, there is nothing better than being with a first-time homebuyer at the closing table and handing them the keys to their new home.
A World Golf Village resident, Liz is active in the community, serving as board member of the World Commerce CDD as well as her neighborhood HOA and a women’s political group.
In her free time, Liz enjoys volunteering as a reader for the Early Learning Coalition and spending time with family (including her two dogs). She is the proud mom of two sons, one an Army veteran and the other a student at Florida Southern College.
Liz is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, and renters to have the best possible experience throughout the entire real estate process.
