Caitlyn is proud to be a local - born and raised in Ponte Vedra Beach. She is a third generation Real Estate investor who started learning how to value properties as a young child when she constantly went on property inspections with her father. She is a graduate of Nease High School as well as the University of North Florida, where she obtained her BBA degree in Finance and Investment Real Estate.

Caitlyn and her husband are having the time of their lives raising their young family here in North Florida, and love taking advantage of everything the First Coast has to offer. From deep sea fishing to kayaking, paddle boarding, and beyond there's always fun to be had around town while soaking up the sun! Caitlyn is also an avid Blogger who’s topics range from Design, Home Improvement, Real Estate Tips, and candid stories from the field while “Selling Homes and Momming Around the 904” on her website, http://closingsandcarseats.com/ .

In 2018, Caitlyn not only became a RESA Certified Staging Advocate, but also had the honor of being named a Top 40 Under 40 Leading Professional in Northeast Florida’s Homebuilding and Real Estate Industries.

I recently purchased a property in Ponte Vedra Beach with the help of Jennifer Todd and Caitlyn Hawkins. I have been a resident of Ponte Vedra Beach for 25 years and raised my children in the home I currently live in. Since it is a two story with a master bedroom on the second level I have been searching with Jennifer’s patience to help for the past two years. I lost count of the number of properties we looked at and for one reason or another rejected. Jennifer was always upbeat and made me feel like my search was a priority. She constantly made time to answer my questions and pull listings she thought would fit my criteria. Finally after searching all of PV the house across the street from my present home was coming to market. This coincided with Jennifer’s recent trip to the Philippines and I was worried about negotiating the offer while she was away. Jennifer left us in Caitlyn’s very capable hands and we ended up with a home in our own happy with how things were coming along and could not have been more attentive Caitlyn was also a joy to work with.
