I have used your firm for the past several years to list two of my Florida properties 'For Rent.' I felt compelled to provide you feedback on, Laura Hendricks, who has handled my properties. Having 10 properites and many years of experience, I believe my feedback is of great value.  Laura has gone above and beyond EVERYTIME I have requested her assistance over the past several years. She made the rental process as pleasant as possible. She always offered to help me with genuine interest and kindness. She made things happen for me as an out of town owner. Laura has been the best agent I have dealt with in my experience as a Landlord. I have decided to sell my homes and am now also working with Candy Gil in your firm. She has also been a pleasure to deal with.  I just wanted to share my thoughts with you as I feel it is important to reward those who provide excellent service.

For our retirement, my wife and I are returning here to the area where I was born.  We are renting one of your properties in the King & Bear for a year while our house is being built.  Our experiences with everyone in your company have been excellent, but Laura Hendicks has been so exceptional that it she warrants a special acknowledgement.  Timeliness of her responses,  quality of her results, and such a friendly yet professional demeanor have made her a joy to work with.  We have been pleased to give your company an excellent recommendation among our many relatives, friends, and neighbors.  We have done so because of Ms. Hendricks.   Ms. Hendicks immediately addressed a few items we had during our move-in.  That got us off to a very good start in our relationship with your company.  She has maintained that level of responsiveness when other items needed to be addressed and she has provided us with contacts when we needed someone to address maintenance/upkeep items for which we were responsible.  We have been amazed at her responsiveness.  I use your online system for contact.  As the luck of these things usually go, I've been posting them in the evening or on the weekend.  Ms. Hendricks has never failed to respond almost immediately.  The most recent was this past week-end.  We had friends from South Carolina staying with us during the hurricane.  The AC went out Saturday evening.  The inside temperature was 84 degrees when I posted the maintenance request.  I was unhappily, but realistically, expecting a call Monday.  Instead, Ms. Hendricks responded almost immediately; but even more impressive was that she had the AC repaired before we went to bed!   We, and you, are truly fortunate to have Ms. Hendricks!  I couldn't let the efforts of someone like this go unrecognized!

We recently had a one year rental at World Golf Village and I am writing to notify you of some complements I have recently posted on YELP and specifically the performance of Laura Hendricks and Bonnie Cherhoniak at WGV.  I wanted to highlight the two for the job they while managing our rental.  Your office, from the front area receptionist, the lease, the approval process and all the details were well handed promptly and courteously.  Contacts were timely and executed as well as anyone could ask.  The age of the unit was such we had some appliance issues, but everything was done seamlessly due to those two individuals.  I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.  Be well and thank you!!
