A resident of St. Augustine near World Golf Village, Mike spent 25 years as a financial advisor before joining Davidson in 2022. Mike, along with his Davidson Realty partner, Terri Apodaca, forge a formidable team using Mike’s background in financial services to analyze all the financial aspects of buying or selling a home along with Terri’s extensive knowledge and experience of real estate in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area. Together, Mike and Terri deliver a unique, holistic and consultative approach to buying or selling property. Mike is also a certified loan signing agent, so he understands the intricacies of lending and title processes.
Mike is a US Army veteran and graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is an avid golfer, New Orleans Saints fanatic (Who Dat!), and loves tending to his lawn and tropical garden.
