Margherite moved from South Carolina in 2008 purchasing a home in the King and Bear in 2005. She was active in Real Estate in South Carolina for the past 10 years and came to Northeast Florida with a wealth of credentials, knowledge and experience in the Real Estate field. Margherite specialized in relocation and has been responsible for bringing many families into South Carolina. She has lived in seven states and appreciates the challenges of relocating state to state or just a few blocks. She believes buying or selling a house is stressful enough and it helps to have a professional guiding you through the process. Margherite is the mother of two grown daughters. Her hobbies include tennis, gardening and cooking.
