Tax Credit Open House

Davidson Realty is hosting Tax Credit Open Houses from 10 AM to 2 PM every Saturday between now and April 17. Anyone who is interested in taking advantage of the Tax Credit – $8,000 for first time homebuyers and $6,500 for current homebuyers – should come!

The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 has extended the tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence. It also authorized a tax credit of up to $6,500 for qualified repeat home buyers.
