I am the President of Davidson Realty and Davidson Property Management. I have been married to Jim Davidson for 27 years. Jim is the President of Davidson Development. We have been working together to develop World Golf Village since 1987 with our partners Ed Gil and Rick Pariani.

I was born and raised in Mableton, Georgia which is about 20 miles from Atlanta. I worked at Six Flags over Georgia during high school and college. I changed my major almost every morning in college but graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA degree majoring in accounting. I passed the CPA exam and worked in Public Accounting for several years. I worked on my masters degree in the evenings and received a Masters of Taxation from Georgia State University.

Jim and I were married in 1980 and he went to work for Arvida Corporation. We moved around with Arvida as he was given different opportunities. In 1987, Jim became involved in planning and developing World Golf Village. I joined the company soon after. World Golf Village opened to the public in May 1998 and what an incredible journey it has been.

I have been blessed with four terrific children and two grandchildren. I love to read almost anything. I always thought my dream job would be to become a librarian but I found my dream job working with our Sales Manager, Karen Palmer. We tell everyone we will be doing what we love and working together when we are using a cane to get around.

 I enjoy playing golf with my Dad and walking with my Mom.  My real passion is shooting skeet and hunting. I love being outdoors and I love competing. Our family has made 10 trips to Africa. We have had such adventures together. I may be the luckiest person in the world.
