The St. Augustine, Florida and the Northeast Florida Real Estate markets continue to show improvements in the inventory levels.
In the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service the active listings of residential properties, condominiums and land peaked in October, 2007 with 27,022 active listings. In September, 2008 that number has dropped to 24,325 active listings which is approximately a 10% decline.
The World Golf Village including the neighborhoods of Turnberry, Royal Pines, Legends, St. Andrews, The Residences, Cascades, Bearsford, Kingsbury, StoneWood, Waterbury, Laterra Links, Laterra, Clubview Estates, Windmill Estates, Heritage Cove, OakWood, LakeWood, WildWood, TuscanWood, The Crest, GroveWood, the Meadows, and Heritage Landing has also seen a decrease in active listings. In March, 2007 there were 379 active listings and in September, 2008 active listings have dropped to 279 or approximately a 26% decline.
