I have been with Davidson Realty since August 2006 and could not have picked a better company to begin my career. I have been a real estate investor for nearly 30 years and now share that experience with my customers. I have always been a believer in education and this continues. I began by getting my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) within six months of joining Davidson. This gave me advanced training in the many aspects of real estate and customer service. I then did the e-Pro program which concentrates on using technology. I now have taken enough classes for the CRS although I cannot call myself a Certified Residential Specialist due to not having enough closings. I'm a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing so I can better assist the upper end buyer. Due to all the commerical development coming to our area I have now expanded into the commercial arena. I've taken 17 days of specialized training and am now taking the courses in the Realtor Land Institute program. My goal is to be the best prepared Realtor for your needs whatever they may be. Integrity, honesty and keeping your interests as my primary concern are how I operate. |

I started working with this wonderful company on December 1, 2003. I have been in the real estate industry since 1974 and have always loved it, but working here has been the best experience ever. We work hard, play hard and all feel we are a part of a wonderful family. Originally from DuBois Pennsylvania, we lived and worked in VIrginia for many years before coming to Florida. My family and I feel we have found the best of all worlds here and plan to make World Golf Village and St. Augustine are home forever. |

My name is Jock Ochiltree. I joined Davidson Realty in 2006. I was born in NJ, raised in Miami, and have lived in Atlanta, Phoenix, San Jose, and Sacramento. My interests include my family, golf, the theatre, snow skiing, Georgia Tech, and photography. I am married to Leah, my wife of almost 40 years, and we are residents of World Golf Village in the Waterbury by the Links neighborhood of King & Bear. I have a son who is married and has 3 children. They live right down the street in Heritage Landing at World Golf Village. My diverse background includes engineering, marketing, operations, chief operating officer, and chief executive officer in Silicon Valley. I have also consulted with start-up companies and helped start a venture capital fund. I am a graduate of Georgia Tech, Arizona State, and University of Santa Clara. I am also a member of the St Johns County Chamber of Commerce. After a 35 year career in Silicon Valley, my family and I finally moved back to Florida in 2004. At this stage of my life, I want to help people find the same satisfaction with their environments as I've found in World Golf Village and St. Augustine. Real estate allows me to work with people at a personal level versus at an arm's length business level. During my high tech career, I had a wealth of experience dealing with a breadth of backgrounds, nationalities, thought processes, and customer needs. I have designed major account programs for high tech companies. In addition to my real estate business, I own Cafe St George and JJ's Heritage Cafe in historic downtown St. Augustine in partnership with my son, who operates the business, and our wives. Leah owns Fresh Perspectives, an interior decorating firm that also designs custom silk flower arrangements. |

Hello, We are a team (husband and wife), Woody and Pauline Cake, working our real estate business together, specializing in World Golf Village where we have lived since 2002. Woody was born in New Jersey and I was born in Arizona almost 5 decades ago. We met at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona in 1983. We moved to San Diego, California in 1987 and were married in 1990, in La Jolla, California. We moved to Orange Park, Florida with (now 15 yr old) Dauchshund, Roxy, in 1996 and both started with Davidson Realty, Inc. shortly after our 2nd son was born in 2001. Wesley and Adam were blessed to us after 10 years of marriage and Florida has been the most abundant part of our lives together so far. We love selling real estate and we especially love working in a family environment where our mentors take personal interest in our professional growth and well being. Real estate has combined many of the passions we have, especially working directly for people. We are both service oriented and find most fulfillment enriching the lives of others who contribute to our society in the St. Johns County communities. My name is Mirtha Barzaga and I am originally from Cienfuegos, Cuba. I have a great husband, Angel, 2 wonderful sons and 3 beautiful grandchildren. I moved to St. Augustine about 2 ½ years ago and found the place I call home in Heritage Landing. Hi, I am Beverly Morse, licensed real estate sales professional, and I am a native of Danville, VA. My husband and I arrived in St. Augustine in 2006, after having lived in Atlanta, GA for 31 years. Before entering real estate, much of my professional background was focused on human resource consulting. In 1996, I co-founded a consulting firm specializing in the design of salary grade structures and other employee compensation programs. This experience helped me fine-tune my ability to listen, visualize, organize, analyze and draw a conclusion. What a benefit this has been to my real estate practice! I love home life – working on gardening projects with my husband and cat, Camellia, decorating, cooking and spending leisure time on the beach and our lanai enjoying the glorious North Florida weather! My enjoyment in working with people is why I am also heavily involved in the social activities and communications for neighboring Kensington. I have enjoyed watching the World Golf Village area grow over the past 10 years. Gene and I were one of the first timeshare owners at Grande Villas in 1999. This is, in fact, how we fell in love with the area – coming here on vacation every year was a special treat we always looked forward to. When we considered a new location to begin our transition into the retirement years we didn’t have to look far! |

Hello, my name is Natalie Mendez and I am a native of S. Florida. I relocated to N. Florida almost 2 years ago because my father is in the military and he was selected for a new position and deployment to Iraq. I have been with Davidson since the beginning of 2007 and because of them I am now a proud homeowner at the age of 25. Hi, my name is Pete Tinnesz and I operate my own real estate business at Davidson Realty, Inc., in beautiful World Golf Village, St. Augustine, Florida. As the owner of a home in the Oakwood subdivision of the gated King & Bear community, I enjoy my golf cart, Harley and the incredible quiet lifestyle that this community affords. I have been blessed with seven children; Peter 44, Casey 42, Chris 40, Dylan 36, Tim 28, Chelsea 19 (adopted) & Courtney 17…whew!! Think there is some house experience there…none are now home. Twenty-five years have been spent as a General Manager of clubs, the last 18 here in Jacksonville at Orange Park Country Club, Jacksonville Golf & Country Club and San Jose Country Club. I'm a native of northeast Florida and in real estate since the mid 1980's, married over 40 years with 2 children. My husband, who retired as a U.S. Marshall, is my right hand in my business. In addition to him, I have an administrative assistant to assist me in serving my clients needs.
I took a sabbatical for a few years when my husband and I worked with Dale Earnhardt and the RCR Race Team, touring the United States and appearing at racetracks, autograph sessions, etc.
When I returned to the St. Augustine area, I accepted a sales position with Davidson Realty, an organization I am very proud to be associated with. As with my personality, I set goals and have exceeded each of them. In 2007, I was the "Sales Agent of the Year," I sold/closed over 23 million in sales. In 2006, it was 17 million and in 2005, 22 million. I was also privileged to receive several other quarterly and monthly awards.
I love what I do and I believe in making friends thru my real estate transactions, in a simple way - I listen - I understand - I create results. |

Almost two years ago my family and I were looking for a new home somewhere in between our hometown in New York and Florida. We traveled extensively down the East Coast exploring many states. Once we visited World Golf Village we immediately realized that we had found a new place to call home. I was lucky enough to meet a wonderful agent from Davidson. She guided us through the purchase of our home and became my friend. As I was a Real Estate Sales Associate on Long Island in NY, I decided to continue my career in St. Augustine as a Broker Associate. I feel blessed and priviledged to be a part of the wonderful team at Davidson Realty Inc. |
