Davidson honors top employees for fourth quarter

St. Augustine, Fla. (Jan. 18, 2008) — The Davidson Companies – Davidson Realty, Inc. and Davidson Development, Inc. – named Cindy Vaughn and Barbara Rogove as top employees for the fourth quarter of 2007.  The awards are nominated anonymously by fellow employees and are based on work ethic, attitude and adherence to the company’s core values of safety, honesty, professionalism and caring. 

The accounting and human resources manager for the Davidson Companies, Vaughn has been with Davidson since 1998 and was named employee of the year three years later.  Her background includes accounting positions with Health Care Advisors, Inc. and The Sealift Companies.   A native of Lakeland, Vaughn is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, where she received a B.S. degree in accounting. 

Rogove, Davidson Realty’s listing coordinator, joined the Davidson Companies in 2005 as a personal assistant and was named 2006 full-time employee of the year.  She was also honored that year with the “Most Willing to Help” and “Best Team Player” awards.  She handles all real estate listings for the company’s agents, including entering information in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), developing flyers and updating prices. 

“Cindy always works tirelessly to make sure all of our records are in order and she goes above and beyond to make sure agents get paid even when they bring in their information at the last minute.  She also handles all personnel issues with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism,” said Karen Palmer, vice president of residential sales for Davidson Realty, Inc.  “Barbara is our listing coordinator extraordinaire.  She helps every agent in every possible way and also makes sure we are in compliance with all of the many issues involved with listings.”
