Final weekend of World Golf Village’s free Spring Art & Home Tour Win $1,000 in artwork featured on tour
St. Augustine, Fla. (Mar. 24, 2008) – This weekend marks the final opportunity for The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village’s free Spring Art & Home Tour. Open on Saturday and Sunday from noon-4 p.m., the tour features new homes, priced from $495,000 to $1.15 million, by American Homebuilders, Bateman & Martin, Bourre Construction Group and Stonecraft Fine Homes.
The works of artists Heather Blanton, Sydney McKenna and Peter O’Neill are showcased throughout the homes, along with inspired artwork from area middle school students. All homes on tour, listed below, are located at the King & Bear.
2044 Crown Drive in the Waterbury by the Links neighborhood – Art by area middle school students is displayed throughout American Homebuilders’ 3,596-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath home. The winning works of the tour’s middle school art competition are on display: The Bolles School, first place; Landrum Middle School, second place; and R.J. Murray Middle School, third place. Other featured schools are Gamble Rogers Middle School, Pacetti Bay Middle School, Southside Middle School, Switzerland Point Middle School and Twin Lakes Academy.
178 Laterra Links Circle #102 in Laterra Links – Featuring the works of Atlantic Beach resident Heather Blanton, this two-bedroom, two-bath coach home, presented by Bateman & Martin Developments, offers 2,160 square feet of living space.
2452 Den Street in the Waterbury by the Links neighborhood – The Ponza, by Bourre Construction Group, exhibits the oil and watercolor works of St. Augustine painter Sydney McKenna. The elegant four-bedroom, four-bath home incorporates 3,594 square feet.
