Five Star designation for client satisfaction

St. Augustine, Fla. (May 10, 2008) – Seven Davidson Realty agents have been awarded “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction” honors from Jacksonville Homebuyer magazine. Carol vonRabenstein is a four-time honoree, while Pete Tinnesz and agent team Pauline and Woody Cake were selected for the third consecutive year. Dottie Lay and John Monaco were honored for the second year in a row and Juana Husted was a first-time recipient. The “Five Star” special section appeared in the magazine’s April issue.

The Five Star designation was based on a client satisfaction research effort led by a national independent research firm, with information gathered through surveys of recent homebuyers in the Jacksonville area, as well as mortgage offices and title companies. Only a small percentage of real estate agents in the Jacksonville area were selected for the honor.

Respondents were asked to nominate agents they knew through personal experience utilizing the following criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, closing preparation, negotiation, finding the right house, marketing of the home and overall satisfaction. 

“Highly successful agents are the ones with the best client relationships. The Five Star designation means even more to them because they were actually nominated by their clients,” said Karen Palmer, vice president of residential sales for Davidson Realty. “These agents have great listening skills and always focus foremost on their clients’ wants, needs and hopes.”
