Davidson Realty names first quarter top agents

St. Augustine, Fla. (Apr. 15, 2008) — 2008 is off to a great start for Davidson Realty, Inc. as the company announced its top agents for the first quarter. Dottie Lay was the top sales agent with 10 transactions totaling $3.4 million. She was also the company’s top listing agent. With $2.7 million in closings, Lyn Sappington was named top producer. In addition to meeting or exceeding quarterly sales goals, the awards honor sales agents for being team players. 

Lay was Davidson Realty’s 2007 Sales Agent of the Year with more than $11 million in total sales.  She also had more than $11 million in closings for the year, in addition to being honored as the Davidson agent who “Most Exemplifies Our Core Values.” She has been one of the company’s top producers since coming on board in 2005.
 
Lyn Sappington was the company’s 2007 Closing Agent of the Year with more than $12 million in closings.  She was also Davidson’s 2006 sales agent of the year. Since joining the company in 2004, she has been one of the company’s rising stars. 

“It was once again the Dottie and Lyn show. Last quarter, Lyn was the top sales agent and top listing agent and Dottie was the top producer. They switched places this quarter,” said Karen Palmer, vice president of residential real estate for Davidson Realty, Inc.  “They are both so consistently strong in their efforts and their outlooks are inspiring for all of our agents.”
