Born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee, LizAnne then moved to Meridian, MS for only four yrs before moving to Jacksonville in 1991.

Before working for the Davidson Companies, LizAnne worked eight years with The Principal Financial Group as a Claims Examiner before realizing that type of customer service was not for her. However, she was on her way to an interview at Flagler Hospital, for yet another Insurance Claims job, when she decided to make a detour at the World Golf Village Exit to see if there might be something more interesting out there and that’s where and when she did, indeed, find a more interesting and enjoyable occupation!

Although she did have a R.E. License at that time, LizAnne wasn’t sure if she really wanted to sell real estate, but working with the Master Developer, a new development, making beautiful communities and servicing people who were looking to find a new home sounded fun to her and that’s why she came to work for the Davidson Companies. It’s been over eight years now and she hasn’t wanted to make a detour yet!
