Dottie is a native of Northeast Florida and has been in real estate since the mid 1980s. She has been married for over 40 years with two children. Her husband, Bob works along side Dottie as her right hand in business. Her Administrative Assistant, Elisabeth assists her in serving the needs of her many clients.

Being offered the opportunity, Dottie and Bob took a sabbatical for a couple of years and accepted a Public Relations position with Dale Earnhardt and the RCR Race Team. They toured the U.S. attending autograph sessions at various race tracks, hospitality gathers, etc.

When they returned to the St. Augustine area, Dottie joined the Davidson Realty team. In 2005, she sold over $12 million in real estate, in 2006 over $7 million, in 2007 $10 million, and in 2008 Dottie sold and closed $8 million in real estate. In 2008, she was awarded the company’s “President’s Award” for overall outstanding achievement.

Dottie loves what she does and believes in making friends through her real estate transactions. She says, “I listen, I understand and I create results.”
