Elsie Evans

Elsie was born and raised in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. After graduating high school, she went on to Pierce Business College.

Elsie was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1983. Her husband’s job necessitated a move to the Los Angeles area. They stayed on the west coast for 4 years and moved back to Florida in 1991. She became a licensed agent again in 1992. Elsie is also licensed as a Community Association Manager, granting her extensive knowledge in Association Management, Condo Management and Rental Property Management. Her area of expertise has always been property management.

Her hobbies include golf, reading and date nights with her husband, John. She has two daughters and two grandchildren.
