Vanessa Cunningham

In 2002, Vanessa joined Davidson Development as the Development Services Administrator. She also serves as the Saint Johns Architectural Review Committee (SJARC) Administrator for World Golf Village. She assists and participates in reviewing and approving all new construction, as well as improvements to existing residential and commercial property at World Golf Village.

Prior to joining Davidson Development, she was the Director of Credentialing for a Certification Verifying Organization (CVO), Managed Networks of America, in St. Augustine. In 1992, she came to the US to help her father and his wife run a newly opened British Pub. She became a US citizen in 2006.

Her hobbies and interests include gardening, skiing, water sports, bicycling, interior design and fashion.
