E-Pro: Transnational Referral Certification, a certification to work with an international consortium of real estate associations like NAR.

PMP: (Project Management Professional) credential recognizes demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.

Ted grew up in Jacksonville, FL and went to college at The Citadel in Charleston, SC. He enjoys working with new construction in real estate. His main focus is dealing with customers through the Internet. Ted spends his free time sightseeing with his wife, going to car shows and drag races.

Ted enjoys meeting new people and has spent a lifetime working in customer-oriented positions for a variety of employers. His previous work experience as a manager for a Fortune 500 company enabled him to introduce a level of professionalism to the real estate industry that features three primary components: client needs analysis and assessment, action plan and follow-thru, and quality assurance.
