Jennifer Cooper Todd

Jennifer is originally from Memphis, TN and attended the University of Memphis. She has enjoyed living all over, including the international cities of Guam, Kuala Lumpur and Manila. She continues to love traveling oversees and she returns to Manila yearly to visit her son. She also has a grown daughter that resides in Neptune Beach along with her granddog, Nala.

Real estate has been a very rewarding and interesting career for Jennifer. She believes each year brings a new learning experience. She began her career while living in Malaysia and assisted Americans in finding homes and settling into their new lives. Upon returning to Florida, Jennifer sold property in beautiful Amelia Island. It was during this time that she discovered her interest in new construction. She got the opportunity to work for Brylen Homes selling Amelia Park, a neo-traditional neighborhood. Jennifer began selling new homes for Arthur Rutenberg in 2002 and has continued to focus on new home sales in World Golf Village. She returned to general real estate sales in 2008 and has continued to focus on builder inventory homes and new construction.
