Coming home after almost 40 years, she says it is amazing to see
the growth in Northeast Florida. She has lived everywhere from
Florida to California with stops in Colorado, Texas and Virginia.
She has experienced the best of our great country.
With a business background in finance and credit management, the
transition to real estate was smooth for Carly. She has been a
Realtor specializing in residential sales for 20 years. She really
enjoys assisting first time home buyers and most recently with the
Certified Distress Property Expert designation, helping homeowners
avoid foreclosure.
Her and her husband, Bruce love working as a team and are happy
they joined Davidson Realty this year.
