Rick
Pariani
Rick is the Vice President, Design and Development for Davidson
Development, Inc. and interfaces with all real estate aspects of
the Davidson Companies business. He also serves as Director of the
Saint Johns Architectural Review Committee (SJARC), in charge of the review and approval of
all WGV residential and
commercial development.
Rick graduated in 1977 from The School of Environmental Design
at the University of Georgia, including art, design and
architecture study in Cortona, Italy at the University's Art
Studies Abroad Program.
Rick has served as a Research Consultant and Resource Specialist
for the Coastal Resources Unit at the Georgia Department of Natural
Resources in Brunswick, Georgia for five years. He became a
Managing Principal at the SWA Group's Boca Raton Office as well as
its Laguna Beach Office and conducted national and international
project design work for ten years, while helping to manage and grow
the firm. Afterwards, he became a Partner of EDAW, working in the Atlanta office for six
years, including serving as the Design Team Leader for Centennial
Olympic Park.
Rick joined the Davidson Companies in 1997 and has been
responsible for directing design and development, particularly in
connection with the neighborhood, mixed-use and core areas of World
Golf Village.
