Davidson Development was founded in 1989 by Jim Davidson
and Ed Gil. Management now includes Sherry Davidson, Vice President
of Development and Rick Pariani, Vice President of Design and
Development. The company specializes in the planning, development,
construction and marketing of long term, large scale, mixed use
real estate projects, including World Golf Village - the crown
