Other Area Communities
Davidson Development began work on World Golf Village in 1987.
At that time, the WGV and I-95
interchange was just a dream. We still remember how excited we were
the first time aUPS truck found us
down a dirt road to deliver a package! Since then, we have seen the
whole area grow and thrive. We have seen World Golf Village mature
and many newer communities begin. Because we have been here from
the beginning, we offer in depth knowledge and insight into the
other communities in our area too. We look forward to sharing the
features and benefits of all of the communities in North St. Johns
